Can I type the time for Alarms?

Is there any option to type manually hours and minutes in alarm setting for wp8.1.it's quite weird to scroll down the hours and minutes.your suggestions are grateful to me.

Well, not frm da alaram, but you can tell cortana to set it for u.. For example, "wake me up in 20minutes" " wake me up at 10.00 a.m" "wake me up at 12.00" etc... She will set it for u

That's right. I wish Cortana changed the time of the alarm instead of creating a new one, at least when setting the "wake me up" one. If you said "Set an alarm at 10:00", then a new one would be created.
