Can I use my flash as notification led (or windows logo)?

Can I use my flash as notification led (or windows logo)

Hi,

The one thing I miss about switching from Android is the notification LED. is there anyway I can either have the camera flash or the windows logo flash on an incoming notification ? maybe using an app
(Nokia 1020 and yes I know about glance)

Nope...

Just keep glance to always on. It doesn't use a lot of battery and is more effective as compared to a notification LED.
