Can I use Surface Pen on my Dell Venue 11 Pro?

I was looking at a stylus option for my Dell Venue 11 Pro, and I saw bad reviews about Dell's own stylus, with issues such as bad build quality and battery drain issue.

Is it possible for me to buy the Surface Pen that comes with the Surface Pro 3, and use it with my Dell tablet?

As far as I know the NTrig Pen that comes with the Surface Pro 3 only works on said device. What you could do though is take your Dell Venue 11 Pro to a store that has a Surface Pro 3 on display and try its pen on your device. Just to be sure.
