Ok I've been trying and it won't connect

Yes, I'm using mine just fine. Here's a trick. Pop off the back of the tag and take out the button battery. Hold down the single button, then while holding down the button, put the battery back in. Pop the back cover back on. It should work perfectly now, as that's how you reset it. If it still doesn't work, go get a new battery, lol.

My Tags have worked, 1 mini and 1 original. The app and / or device hub seem to have some issues on the Icon, though. Overall, it works.
