Can not start up my DVP after update

After I update my DVP last night, I unable to turn it on. stuck on dell start up screen. What should I do? Need help!

Have you plugged it in and held down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds??? Hope it fixes itself.

Mine's doing the exact same thing. Noticed that it had rebooted itself due to an update and when I went back to look at it again, I just get that spinning logo. After a while, it just froze and was like that for over an hour. Held down the power button to reboot and it's been attempting a recovery for the past 2 hours. Think I'm gonna have to get Dell to swap this out.
