can not uninstall candycrush on phone

my wife has a 640 XL, and in order to install latest insider update she had to make some room, so we uninstalled facebook and candy crush, after the update ( build # 15031.0 ) we reinstalled facebook and i tried to reinstall candy crush, but it says it is already installed. but its not there, i try to get it from the store and it shows its installed, try uninstalling but it wont, try to reset it and it fails, cant do anything to get it to work, fail every time. not showing up in app list either. when i try to uninstall it says error # 0x8000000e.

Try rebooting the phone and syncing all the accounts manually before trying to uninstall the app. Also see if the game shows up in settings > device> storage>internal storage>apps and try uninstalling it from there.

thanks, i just reset phone and started from scratch.
