Windows Central Question

Under all apps there is an icon to Get Office. I selected that and it tells me it is up to date. However, under all apps my office tools still do not show up and the get office icon is still there. I looked in file explorer and cannot find the office tool's executable files either. If I open an older document the programs seem to work fine, so the programs are operational.

Correction, I found the executable files and pinned them to my taskbar. However, I can't get them to show up under all application in the start menu. Any idea why?

That's very strange indeed. My Office applications are showing up under a folder labeled "Microsoft Office 2013" in my All Apps menu. I've not tried using them as I don't have an Office 365 subscription right now so they won't do anything.
Update: Just checked and they work fine.

Have you tried using Cortana to search your system for them? Press [Win] + [Q] or [Win] + to start a search.
