Yes, there have been Youtube videos documenting it, however LTE will not work.

Put an AT&T SIM card in it, turn it on and go to Access Point to make sure the appropriate APN's are set. You should be good to go at that point, except no LTE. I've used mine of AT&T and T-Mobile with no problems.

What about MMS's do they work on ATT?

Is Access Point an App of somewhere in settings. How do you know if you have the right ones ?

Its a Nokia settings app. MMS should be fine, but I no longer have an AT&T SIM to test it
