You can't because the screen of Lumia 535 is not full HD. Anyway, if you transfert a Full HD mp4 video or other suported format inside your 535, it will read it

No, 720p videos can be played on Microsoft Lumia 535 but unfortunately 1080p videos are not supported.

its not resolution

the 535 has a higher resolution display, but I've seen a review where attempted 720p and 1080p playback was not exactly fluid. (the display isn't 720p anyway)
the 535 has lower-end silicon inside compared to the 630.

Yep...You'll have to download Molli Player; play videos in software mode...
It supports almost all formats..
