Why is there not freaking Outlook alias support in the Mail app!? I need to be able to send mail from both my Outlook aliases, but I can't. I can on the Windows 8.1 app, but not WP. Infuriating.

Yea... Everything that should be 1st class on Windows Phone (outlook/mail, office, one note,...) is basically untouched since two years ago...

Yep, can't save an embedded image in an email with wp mail app either. Or make recurring calendar appointments with end dates and a number of other things. Don't look for any of this to change for quite a while if ever.

How about the ability to attach Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents through my phone? It is somewhat annoying especially when I need to send a document when I'm on the go and can't; only option available is sending pictures or videos.

you can do it through the files app.

Mail app neesds a complete overhaul. I mean, windows 8.1 version should be ported on WP & I think MS is gonna so that as threshold will come out.

W8.1 app is also a joke. Outlook.com web app is superior...
