Can you adjust touch sensitivity on the ativ

I'm wondering can I adjust the touch sensitivity on the ativ? My wifes seems hard to slide to unlock.

There is no option to adjust it. Maybe you should try a reset option to see if it changes anything. Because here I have no problem with touch sensitivity

What? Why would you reset your device to see if sensitivity controls magically appear?

No, just if it is software related (bug after update etc.) I think factory reset may help
