Can you buy the unlocked 950 on the next plan at MS store?

Anyone know?
I have a couple phones on the account, but i don't like to exceed one next payment plan at a time, so if i can get the 950, i will first go online and pay off my 830.

(1) Next is an AT&T finance plan
(2) the unlocked 950 is not the AT&T device
