can you change the htc m8 keyboard

missing characters such as "<" and ">" are making it impossible to do some editing and functions for passwords, etc.

If you're talking about the WP M8, then those keys are there. You need to push the "&123" key, then push the key right above the "abcd" key which shows an arrow pointing to the right, then those < and > keys are there.
