Can you get Windows 10 for Lumia 920 right now?

Hey guys, about a year ago my 920 broke so I thought I'd try Android... It was alright but recently I've found that I can buy replacement parts for my old 920 on aliexpress for about ~20$, so I thought I'd give it a shot. But the question is - would I be able to get Windows 10 on the device if I managed to repair it (even somewhat unstable version)?

Some time ago, I upgraded my old Lumia 920 to Windows Mobile 10, but lost a lot of performance, a lot a lot.
To perform the update, you must change the ROM to the cell among other things, to obtain a poor result.
