Can you use a Windows Phone as an external Bluetooth GPS for another device?

I think youd be hard pushed to find any phone that offers its own features over bluetooth, wouldnt you?

Although, I'm sure I once saw an app that turned either an android or iphone into a mouse.

No, it was a standard feature in Windows Mobile. It's only scarce on the newer OSs.
