need help with finding passord app

trying windows 8.1 phone. apps store looks t be a complete mess. just need a simple password keeper app that doesn't require creating an account for their site.

There is about a dozen choices on the store. I use Password Padlock.

I use 7Pass, the WP version of KeePass. Encrypted PW file on OneDrive is accessible from all your platforms. Works well.
