Cannot connect to public WiFi

Hello.

I am not able to connect to public WiFi in places where it is provided such as Big Bazaar or Cafe Coffee Day on my Nokia Lumia 630. Every time I try to connect to the public network, it initially appears to connect but after 15-30 seconds, a notification is displayed saying "CAN'T CONNECT TO THIS NETWORK NOW. PLEASE TRY LATER." But it connects to my home WiFi without any problem.

What could be the reason for this and how to rectify the problem?

Not sure, but try a soft restart - Volume Down + Power Button for 10 seconds. See if that helps.
