Cannot find update 10166 win10 mobile

I am using Nokia Lumia 730 with Insider Preview of Win10 Mobile in South Africa.

Current version is 10149, but when I check for updates on the phone it says this is the latest version. Why am I not able to download 10166 ?

Are you on the fast ring or slow ring in the Windows Insider app?

If you're slow ring, 10149 is what you'll get...
