Cannot get out of aeroplane mode!!!

Hey Please help!!!
I also cannot get my phone off from aeroplane mode....
How do you Hard reset it. I tried soo many times and nothing happens.. It just restarts the phone... Please help

Soft reset. Volume down and power until it resets.
