Cannot hear other end during Bluetooth call

I have, recently, been experiencing an, occasional, issue making calls via Bluetooth, on my 920.

I tell the phone to "call Fred". The phone responds "calling Fred", then nothing. I do not hear it ringing or Fred speaking, but he can hear me.

This does not always occur but is happening more frequently.

Anyone else seeing this?

Have you tried a different headset to see if that may be the issue?

The other thing you can try doing is a soft reset to just 'refresh' things.

Soft reset -> hold volume down and power button phone will vibrate and restart. No files will be deleted. You may need to rest date and time.

If it's neither those two you can try a hard reset. Settings -> About -> Reset phone. This will erase everything on the phone. Be sure to backup prior to doing this. No game data is saved.

Soft reset, yes. New headset, no, as I hear the phone when it says it is calling, I just don't hear the actual call.
