Cannot move store apps to another hard drive (error code 0x80073d0b)

Yesterday I tried moving a store app from my system partition on my laptop to another HDD and got an error (0x80073d0b) message that it didn't work and I should try later. I tried with different apps (no system ones) and different hard drives with the same result. Afterwards I also tried it on my Surface Pro 4 with a micro SD card. No result, same error. Both devices run the latest version of Win 10. Did anyone else notice that behaviour?

What app do you want to move?
and the file type? maybe it is incompatible.

Any store app I try to move in the apps section of the preferences. I already moved them to another hard drive like a year ago to make some space on my system SSD. What makes me think that it is a general problem is that I get the same error message on two different devices (ASUS G751 and Surface Pro 4). The March 25 cumulative update also didn't change a thing to either of the two machines.

Seems either nobody else tried that for quite some time or nobody else has that problem...
