cannot rollback driver for touchscreen

(Oct.17, 2019)Since last Win10 update, touchscreen stopped working & it won't let me roll back the driver. What do I do? (I'm using an HP laptop Win10).

Please check the following link to see if you are able to download the touchpad drivers from HP's website. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Try rolling back, manually updating or uninstalling the drivers from Control Panel.

Try this:

Press Windows + R on the desktop screen.
Type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.
Expand the category you want and right click on the driver and select properties.
Navigate to driver tab and click on RollBack driver.

, to add to what Ryujingt mentioned, HP has a handy app called HP Support Assistant; it allows you to check for problems/fixes and update drivers etc.
