Cannot Send Media Content via SMS to iPhone

I recently installed the Anniversary update on my 950. I noticed I cannot send any media to my son who is using an iPhone. I can send him a plain text message. Any suggestions?

I can send media (photos) to my wife who also has an iPhone.

can you check with your son if he can receive mms from other contacts who don't have iphones?

this. My sister's MMS isn't quite working right on her iPhone so its possible.

In my case, no difference. Tell him to go to settings->general->reset. Choose reset network settings and then try again. I had issues sending mms but none receiving them and that did the trick on my iPhone.
