Can't able to sign in to microsoft acount

Hello guys, i am trying to sign in with my microsoft account but every time it is saying this message. Tried with my wifi (512kbps) too but can't able to connect, isn't this speed is fast enough to login ?. Currently i'm on windows mobile tp with latest build (10166). :unhappysweat:
