Can't access developer settings anymore on 10066

Yesterday I installed the Technical Preview build 10066 successfully on my Lumia 830, but today I can't get access to the developer settings anyomore. When I tap it, nothing happens and my phone returns to the start screen. I already did a Soft-Reset. Anybody else having this issue??

Soft reset basically does nothing but restart your phone and I'm afraid you'll have to hard reset your phone, that's all you can do...
