Can't add Google account

I'm using a Lumia 928 with Denim. When I try to add a Google account, I go to email + accounts, click add an account, then Google. I click Connect, the dots go across the screen, then it goes back to the previous screen. I click Connect, and it does the same thing. It never shows the Google login page. It works fine on my Icon. Any idea how I can add my Google account? Thanks!

I'll add that I've tried resetting the phone, including using the Lumia Software Recovery.
