can't back up L925

I have been trying to back up my phone to the cloud for the past few days, without success. The L925 is connected via WiFi, and when I select "back up now" in settings > backup, the progress bar reaches 98% and then aborts, displaying the message: "There was a problem backing up your settings. Try again later." The same occurs if I try to backup via LTE.

As far as I know, I have the latest updates from Microsoft and T-Mobile. Any advice?
 
You might have already tried this but it doesn't hurt to ask I guess. Have you restarted the phone and tried again? You could also try going into OneDrive in the browser and deleting all current backups in the cloud for your device in case it's conflicting with an older backup :)
 
I restarted my phone and tried to backup again. I opened OneDrive, and there was a backup file there with the current date on it. I wonder whether or not the backup actually completed, but the phone erroneously reported an error?
