Can't change ringtone for 1 particular contact

For some reason, there is just one contact that my phone will not let me change the ringtone for. Even though when I go into edit mode it indicates the one I selected, when she calls the default ringtone is what I hear. I've tried deleting the contact and starting from scratch with no luck. Am I missing something?

When the contact calls, does it come in the +1 xxx-xxx-xxxx format? Or simply change the contact phone # to how it shows up when the contact calls.

Figured it out. Contact had multiple linked accounts and I had to change the ringtone in each account as the phone number was included in all.
