Can't Conect to Wifi (No Internet Access Error)

Nokia 920 running Windows 10 Mobile Tech Preview OS version 10.0.12534.56

I have an odd situation where I can't join ANY wifi networks. Or perhaps more accurate, I can join them but have the error of No Internet Access and if I tap on the details of the wifi network, the ports, etc are all blank or 0.0.0.0

When I first ran the preview, I did connect to wifi networks without an issue but now I can't, which prevents me from updating the OS any further as well.

Any suggestions?

The standard answer.
Soft reset :not luck > hard reset : no luck > roll back ( and try again W10 if you want)

Not sure if this is the case for you but if you used internet sharing and left it on and powered off the wifi will not work anymore. (know issue for this build) and only rolling back will fix it.

This happened to me once and I found out that VPN was on. So check to see if that is on and turn it off.

Try connecting with / without the device on charge. Sounds odd but mine wouldn't connect whilst charging, pulled out the charger, tried again, worked. This has happened several times now.
