Can't connect to computer

For some reason, no matter what PC or Mac I connect my Lumia 920 to, it won't register with the device, either using the Windows Phone app for mac, or the Zune software for PC. I have no idea how to fix it, and I can't find USB behaviour preferences in any of the settings. Please help, as I really want to take advantage of the space on it and get my music on.

WP8 devices do not work with Zune. You will need to get the new desktop app from Microsoft.

Get the Desktop app nd you will be able to use your phone from the Win Explorer.
