ETA: It finally worked itself out!
I tried to add my school email to my phone. I've been having trouble so I did it manually. It took it, but now it's been "syncing" for half an hour and I know it's not going to work. Problem is, I can't delete it because it's supposedly syncing. I've tried a restart and soft reset. Any suggestions?
