I recently bought a Lumia 630. Due to a bluetooth problem, I had to make a factory reset of the phone. After it, I am not able to disable the vibration when touching the navigation icons. When I turn on/off Vibrate from the sounds settings, nothing happens. I searched for a solution on the internet, and read that there is a "touch" setting in the settings menu, but I don't have one. Also, I can't software-update the phone, since the Win 8.1 is up to date. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Go to SETTINGS > touch > there you can disabled the vibration on navigation keys.

Errrrm, download Lumia Pusher or Lumia Grabber (search for them in the store) then use the app do find and download the touch settings.

Check for updates for all apps in the store. Touch should have an update available. Update it and your option should be there

Download SysAppPusher and run it. You should find the Touch app either in your Updates, or scrolling down the Microsoft Mobile section. The option to turn off vibration of navigation keys is there.

I tried everything from turning it on and off, to doing a soft and hard reset. Nothing has changed.

You saved my life! I found Touch in the Microsoft Mobile section and disabled vibration. Does that mean that I will have to download system settings from that app for future if I make a hard reset? Thank you!

Depends on whether or not you're restoring from a backup or starting fresh. I usually run SysAppPusher after a hard reset just to make sure I'm getting the latest...sometimes an older version of some of the system apps will download for some reason...

That's a bit odd...This is my first WP device and thanks to some of its features (like the SysAppPusher), it looks a bit like a mess... Like an inconsistent OS that has to be built from here and there to function normally. Maybe it is just me, because I am used to Android...
