So I decided to update my 928 to WM10. About 3/4 of the way through installation, the phone powered off. I thought this might be a battery issue so I plugged in to charge. After doing so, the spinning gears came up with the progress bar practically back at the beginning for about 10 sec followed by a black screen with a frowny face. Then the phone shut off.
I have followed advice found on the forums as how to do a hard reset, but when I get to the point to where you hold down the volume down button after soft reset, I never get an exclamation ! on the screen. It just constantly reboots until I release the volume down button and then goes back to the gears and frowny face, and then off.
Any suggestions?
