'Can't do this right now': can't turn on WiFi in 8.1 preview (Huawei W2)

When I try to turn on my WiFi after installing the 8.1 preview, I got a message with the title: 'Can't do this right now'. Further says it: 'Try again in a little while. If the problem continues, restart your phone and try again.' I've tryed it for the whole day and restarted it several times, but I'm still not able to turn on the WiFi.

Yes!! Fixed after a hard reset! (Send from my WP8.1!)
