Can't download a game I bought

So, I bought Fruit Ninja for my L900 recently and just yesterday I got my brand new L925 but when I tried dowsloading it, it asked me to buy the app again. Is there any way I can get it back without paying? Yes, I'm using the same account as on my L900

It's not the same app. The one of your L900 was made for Windows Phone 7.x, and the one on your L925 was made for Windows Phone 8.

I'm pretty sure you'll need to buy it again if you want to use it with WP8.

do you use the same Microsoft account used in the Lumia 900 in your Lumia 925?
if no, then use the account you used on your old Lumia 900
