Cant download app

I have nearly 1 GB phone storage left, when i try to download apps of 300 - 400 MB , I receive message that i reached out the storage limit on phone. What to do in these cases.

Download size is not installed size.

Uninstall something else so you can install the app. That's the only option unless you have WP8.1 in which you can install on SD card.
