Cant download from Win10Mobile Store Error 0x803f700

This is a strange issue. When I try to download some apps from the Win 10 Mobile Store i get this error

something went wrong error code 0x803f700

Though some other apps will download.
I searched and found that some people said that either the region is incorrect or the date and time is incorrect...but those settings are fine on my phone. I Have a L1520 running win10 and the last three apps i tried to download all said this. Two of the apps i have installed already and are just doing updates.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Same here... just hard reset my Lumina 950 and loads of apps won't update or download....

I haven't been able to download WhatsApp or update Tweetium for a week now, same problem.
