Can't download music for offline use with Groove Pass?

When I try to download music for offline listening with my Groove account I get a "Download Error", and when I click show album, I says "Sorry! Groove Services aren't available right now. Try again later". This happens desktop and SP3, but not my Lumia 930 which works fine. Anyone have any ideas?

I am having the same issue. I just replaced my mother board on my desktop and now I can't download from Groove on it, but it still works fine on Surface 3 and my phone. I get the same download error and can't seem to find a fix.
