Can't Download Ringtones from Ringtones WP 8

I had a phone 10 days ago and. Could easily download ringtones to my phone. I got a new phone and now the app will not download tones. I click and it displays a circle and hotlink saying if download doesn't start in 5 seconds, click here. What is up. I want to download the "wife calling" and some others.

Are you using WiFi or mobile network? Have you tried switching to mobile network if you were using WiFi (or vice-versa)?
