Can't edit exposure/light after photo?

So after the firmware update, I decided to do a factory reset.

I noticed that the camera takes far less time to 'add finishing touches' now, but I no longer have the ability to edit the exposure/light after I take the photo. That button never appears when I am looking at the photo afterwards? Rich capture is enabled.

Anyone else notice this?

Yeah, flash is enabled, and I still can't do it.

Never mind, I updated the windows camera app and now everything is fine.
