cant find my live mail account

i can see my live.com account in e mail and accounts and icon on start lock screen but can not find it on phone any thoughts thank you

do you mean you cant see it in the app list?

What did you name the Email account?
Look for Things named MyEmail, Live.com, Hotmail - mine was renamed My Email until I made a combined inbox
(post some screenshots (tap the power button - hold it and QUICKLY tap the windows home button for screen shot) please so I can better assist)

It's probably under Hotmail. That's where my live.co.uk address ended up. It should be on the Start screen by default, though!

It will be named whatever you called that account in the settings. Look for the double-envelope icon in the app list if it's merged with another account or the hotmail icon if a standalone one.
