can't find update cyan

hi
nokia has changed my phone, i had before french version & they send me GB version of 1520. the problm is that i can't find update cyan, he said phone is up to date & even with nokia software recovery tools he still with lumia black
how i do ?

What does it say under SETTINGS EXTRA+INFO.
Maybe if your phone is just out the box it takes some time before the phone is "registered" and after this the CYAN update will appear.
Can you use the Nokia tool to update to cyan. (use the latest update of this tool it is now called Lumia Software Recovery Tool)
Is it a unlocked version?

it say LUMIA BLACK
i used nokia tool & he still with lumia black
yes its unlocked version without operator

Do you have the box it came in? Find the label on one end of the box and it will say CV <XX>. The two letters after CV say what Country Variant it is... Some Country Variants of 1520 have not gotten Cyan yet. For example, Ireland CV has not even though carrier branded in IE have...

OK... I didn't find Great Britain on the tables... Just UK. I thought maybe it might have been some other Country Code... But CV GB would be Great Britain and that would be UK on the tables. That should have Cyan and the SRT should have updated you.
