Can't get the glance screen to display clock in 24-hour format

Lumia 950xl, win1511, build 10586.107
I can't get the glance screen to display the clock in 24-hour format. Everywhere else, a.o. lock screen, the display is correct. I have explored all settings but nothing works. Any ideas?

maybe is weird or coincidence, but since few days ago i notice after HR or flash with WDRT, glance screen not update after settings change for 12-24 hours... you just need to wait...

Regional settings? Try to put to some other region e.g. Serbia (I am Serbian), and see if it helps. Then return to ur region.

Surely the regional settings. I'm French and it displays in 24h format.

Yep, regional settings. I've set those to Dutch and have the 24h clock

Ok, Thanks for your suggestions.
Region is set to Belgium.
I changed to France, Netherlands and UK but nothing helps. It still displays in 12-hour format only in the glance screen, everything else is in 24h...

I live in Indonesia but my Region Setting is US. The time format is 24hours, how to change to 12hours in my Lumia 640xl Win10.

That's weird, should only need to goto settings, time & language & then Date & Time and finally the 24hr clock toggle.

Maybe goto the glance screen and change a setting there to 'refresh' it.... or maybe it will eventually refresh properly on its own.
