cant hear people when i call them but they can hear me nokia lumia 625

how can i fix my nokia lumia 625 where when i call or some one call me i can hear them but they cant hear me? need help asap

when on a call , increase the volume by pressing the volume up button.

Maybe it's a problem with the mute feature. Try setting doing a soft reset could fix it. A soft reset is done by holding the volume down and power buttons until the screen turns off.
