Can't install app updates

Hi All,

I can't install app's, app updates or reinstall app's I've previously installed and removed. Error message is 82ad0002. I've tried doing all the instructions I've found online for this. I'm using a 64gb card. I've also tried installing to my phones internal drive but that doesn't work either. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it a Windows 8.1 issue? Is there some way to rollback to 8.0 now? There doesn't appear to be.
