Cant install apps

Ever since I installed windows 10 none of my apps work, well hardly any of them. I think it's because they aren't the Win10 versions. So I checked the store and I have 28 pending downloads for app updates. However once it downloads it goes to "Installing" but then fails and says "Try again". It does this for all 28 apps.

Restart your Phone and then try....

This is on my tablet, not phone. Restarted numerous time and insider updates haven't solved anything.
