Can't Install XAP

i have updated my Lumia 520 to 8.1 and copied my app's XAPs from pc to the phone but when go to store i found that i can install few of them and the others are not showing what should i do ?

I think only those xaps show up which match the version with the store version.

is that means i have to download an updated XAPs ?
