Can't load backup!

Going through the set up, I get to the sign in screen, but says an error has occurred,to try later.
Keep trying until I get a infinite load screen.

I lock and then unlock,after that sign in is skipped.
Any way to restore my settings/apps after I'm in the OS?

I formatted and tried it again,same error.
Any ideas?

When i had similar problems it was because the date/time was wrong on the phone, once i put it right everything started working again.

Nope,still gives the error.

Does resetting my phone delete updates?
Going to update the phone and the reset again,maybe the update fixes the issue
