Can't Make a call, This is weird!! Please Help!

Hello there, Im from Stuart Fl. A few months ago I just got a Lumia 521 T-Mobile using Simple Mobile Plan, the weird thing is that I have good signal in my house and my workplace that is 30 miles south and phone works great, but when I drive and get to my workplace every morning I try to make a call and I got this message "Cant connect, Can't complete the call. Check your cellular signal and the number and try again" What I do is activate airplane mode on and off and phone work all day long till I drive back home and I have the same issue again. That's every single day. Any advise welcome, Thanks.

Might be the WiFi calling app if you have it on your phone.
I've seen Wi-Fi calling mess with my ability to make calls away from home when I was using the 521 regularly.

Found that the problem is the phone system, I try two identical phones and another telefone company and does the same exact problem.
