Can't play MC 5: Blackout on Lumia 535

I just bought the modern combat 5 today but the game won't play. It exits after showing the Gameloft logo. Please help.

Time for normal troubleshooting...

Perform a soft reset first:
Press and hold the power and volume down keys for 10-15 seconds, or until the phone vibrates.

Try again.
